Once your order for digital invitation card is ready, we'll deliver it to you on your WhatsApp and/or Email provided by you at the time of placing the order.
You can use the digital invitation card by sharing it with your invitees on messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, etc. You can also send your invitation card to your invitees on Email, Instagram DM, FB Messenger, etc.
Additionally you can also use these digital cards on your WhatsApp status, Instagram & Facebook stories.

Different wedding cards are available in different formats such as Video, PDF and JPG format. Choose as per your requirement. Once you select a design, you can provide your wedding and event details on the product page above Add To Cart button, and after confirming payment, we will create and send your invitation within 24-48 hours.

Once your digital wedding invitation card is ready, we will send it to you via WhatsApp and/or email, based on the contact details you provided during checkout.

After your payment is confirmed, you will receive your wedding invitation card within 24-48 hours. If any revisions are required, additional time may be necessary to finalize the changes.

We provide digital wedding invitations in three formats:

• PDF format: For wedding cards with more than 1 page we'll make and send the card in PDF format.
  PDF wedding cards can be easily shared on email or messaging platforms like WhatsApp.
  
• JPG format: For wedding cards with single one page such as single event card or few save the date cards we'll make and send the card in JPG format.

Yes! Your purchase includes one free revision for minor changes, such as correcting typing errors or spelling mistakes in text. Products
will be available for revision within 2 days of actual delivery of the product.
No revision requests will be entertained post 2 days of actual delivery of the
product. If further revisions are needed in addition to one free revision, they will be charged at ₹250 per page.

Absolutely! Our PDF, Video & JPG invitation cards are designed for easy sharing via WhatsApp, email, and/or social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook.

Due to the digital and customizable nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations once the order has been processed. Please make sure to review all your details carefully before placing your order.

No, since all our products are digital and customized, we have a no-refund policy. However, if there is an error on our part (e.g., wrong file sent or incorrect information), we will correct it and resend the updated invitation card.
