Shipping Policy
At Artrovers, we offer digital invitations that are delivered electronically, ensuring a quick and convenient process. Since all our products are digital, no physical shipping or delivery is involved.
Delivery Process
- Once your order is confirmed, your digital invitations are delivered via WhatsApp and/or email within 2 – 3 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation message or email when your order is being processed, followed by a notification with the final digital files once they are ready.
Revisions
- We'll share with you a draft version of your invitation card before the final delivery to ensure that the final product meets your expectations. This draft version can be used for corrections in text in case any mistake is made at the time of filling out the product customisation form for placing order. Invitations will be available for revision till 2 days of sharing the draft file. Post 2 days any change request will not be entertained and final version of your invitation will be delivered on your WhatsApp Number.

We keep the final version of your purhases till 30 days for any revision requests.
Revision are available till 30 days and chargeable at ₹300 per page.
- Revised files will be delivered within 2 – 3 business days from the time we receive your request for changes.
Delivery Confirmation
- If you do not receive your digital files within the specified 2 – 3 business days timeframe, please check your email spam folder or WhatsApp message requests. If the issue persists, contact our support team at support@artrovers.com for assistance.
Incorrect Information
- Please ensure that you provide the correct email address and WhatsApp number when placing your order. Artrovers will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Non-Delivery
- As our products are digital in nature, delivery is considered completed once the files have been successfully sent to the email address or WhatsApp number you provided.
Order Cancellation
- Due to the nature of our digital products, cancellations are not possible once the payment has been made and the order has been processed.
