Shipping Policy
At Artrovers, we offer digital invitations that are delivered digitally through WhatsApp, ensuring a quick and convenient process. Since all our products are digital, no physical shipping or delivery is involved.
Delivery Process

Once payment is confirmed, we will share the draft file within 1-2 business days (in-case of Express Delivery) and 2-4 business days (in-case of Standard Delivery) in jpg or pdf format for checking your details before final delivery of your invitation. Once you approve the draft file we'll share you're wedding invite within the mentioned timeline to the contact information provided at checkout and/or product page form. If any revisions are requested, additional time may be required to finalize the changes.
Please check the draft carefully and confirm that all details are correct. Kindly review it thoroughly, because once the final invite is delivered, any changes after that — even if it’s due to our mistake — will be charged at ₹300 per edit.
- You will receive a confirmation message or email when your order is received, followed by a notification with the final digital files once they are ready.
Revisions
- We'll share with you a draft version of your invitation card (image files or pdf) for checking any error or omissions before the final delivery on WhatsApp.
Please check the draft carefully and confirm that all details are correct. Kindly review it thoroughly, because once the final invite is delivered, any changes after that — even if it’s due to our mistake — will be charged at ₹300 per edit.
You can request any changes such as correcting typing errors or spelling mistakes in text. Revisions will only include changing the text part of the digital invitation as was mentioned in the product preview video/images. Colours, caricature and all other elements except text will not be modified or revised. Any revision request asking for such modification will not be entertained.
Invitations will be available for revision till 3 days of sharing the draft file.
Post 3 days any change request will not be entertained and final version of your invitation will be delivered on your WhatsApp Number.

We keep the final version of your purchases till 30 days for any revision requests.
Revision are available till 30 days and chargeable at ₹300 per edit.
- Revised files will be delivered within 2 – 4 business days from the time we receive your request for changes.
Delivery Confirmation
- If you do not receive your digital files within the mentioned timeline, please check your WhatsApp number provided at the time of placing your order. If the issue persists, contact our support team at support@artrovers.com or on our official WhatsApp number

Incorrect Information
- Please ensure that you provide the correct email address and WhatsApp number when placing your order. Artrovers will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Non-Delivery
- As our products are digital in nature, delivery is considered completed once the files have been successfully sent to the WhatsApp number you provided.
Order Cancellation
- Due to the nature of our digital products, cancellations are not possible once the payment has been made and the order has been processed.
Delay in Delivery & Limitation of Liability
While ArtRovers strives to deliver all orders within the mentioned delivery timelines, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to the operational issues, government restrictions, strikes or unforeseen circumstances. ArtRovers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of such delivery delays. In all cases, our maximum liability shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the affected order and no claims beyond this amount shall be entertained. Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any disputes, claims or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with delivery or delays shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the city where ArtRovers’s registered office is situated.
