Return / Refund Policy
At Artrovers, we specialize in digital invitations, and since our products are delivered electronically, we follow a strict no-return policy. Please review the details below regarding our return and replacement terms.
No Returns
As all of our products are digital and intangible, returns are not accepted once the digital file has been delivered to the customer via WhatsApp and/or email. By purchasing a digital invitation from Artrovers, you agree to this no-return policy.
Revisions and Modifications
- We'll share with you a draft version of your invitation card before the final delivery to ensure that the final product meets your expectations. This draft version can be used for corrections in text in case any mistake is made at the time of filling out the product customisation form for placing order. Invitations will be available for revision till 2 days of sharing the draft file. Post 2 days any change request will not be entertained and final version of your invitation will be delivered on your WhatsApp Number.

We keep the final version of your purhases till 30 days for any revision requests.
Revision are available till 30 days and chargeable at ₹300 per page.
- Revised files will be delivered within 2 – 3 business days from the time we receive your request for changes.
Errors in Delivery
- If you experience any issues with the delivery of your digital invitation, such as receiving an incorrect file or incomplete information, please notify us at support@artrovers.com within 2 days of receiving your files.
- In the event of an error caused by Artrovers, we will correct the issue and resend the corrected file at no additional charge.
Non-Refundable Purchases
- As our products are personalized and digital, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once the final product has been delivered to your provided contact details (email or WhatsApp).
- Please review all the information you provide carefully before placing your order to avoid errors or misunderstandings.
Customer Responsibilities
- It is your responsibility to review the digital proofs and provide accurate information for customization. We recommend double-checking all details (e.g., names, dates, event information) before submission, as we are not liable for any errors that are not reported before the final file is delivered.
