Introduction
By visiting, subscribing to, or using any of our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must not use our services. In these Terms, “you” or “your” refers to the user or customer, while “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Artrovers.
General Conditions
Artrovers operates the website www.artrovers.com, offering digital invitations. The content on this website is for general information and may be subject to change without notice. By using this site, you acknowledge that the responsibility for ensuring the suitability of products lies with you.
Digital Delivery
All products sold by Artrovers are digital invitation videos, JPG and PDF cards delivered via WhatsApp and/or email. No physical delivery will take place. Once payment is confirmed, we will deliver your digital invitation within 1 - 3 business days to the contact information provided at checkout and/or product page form. We’ll make every effort to fulfil the orders promptly but in specific circumstances we may fail to deliver the digital product within the specified timeline, such cases may be festive sales, server issues with the website and/or payment confirmation not received from our bank.
Revisions
Each purchase includes one free revision. Post one free revision any additional revisions will be charged at ₹250 per page/slide. Products will be available for revision within 2 days of actual delivery of the product. No revision requests will be entertained post 2 days of actual delivery of the product. Revisions will only include changing the text part of the digital invitation as was mentioned in the product preview video/images. Colours, caricature and all other elements except text will not be modified or revised. Any revision request asking for such modification will not be entertained. All revision requests shall be communicated on the official email support@artrovers.com with the name and order number within 2 days of product delivery.
Accuracy of Information
You must ensure that all information you provide, including email, WhatsApp contact and product customisation form, is accurate. We are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by incorrect information provided at the time of purchase.
Cancellation and Refunds
Due to the nature of our digital products, cancellations are not possible once payment is confirmed and the product has been delivered. We do not offer refunds for digital products unless an error has occurred on our part in delivering the wrong product. In such cases we’ll initiate the refund in the original payment source of the customer or through UPI / Bank Transfers.
User Comments, Feedback, and Submissions
If you submit feedback, comments, or suggestions, you agree that we may use, edit, or publish these without any obligation to compensate you. We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate or against these terms.
Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using our website or services for any unlawful purpose or violating any applicable laws, rules, or regulations. You must not infringe upon intellectual property rights or harass, defame, or discriminate against others through your use of the site.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the website, including design, graphics, images, videos and text, is owned by or licensed to Artrovers. Unauthorized use of this material without permission may result in legal action. Our digital invitations are only meant for end use and cannot be used for re-selling.
